Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.
In the case of a contract for multiple goods that you ordered as part of a single order and that are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, take possession of the last item.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, such as a letter sent by mail or an email. You may use the attached Model Withdrawal Form, but this is not required.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs — except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered by us — without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal.
We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise with us. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that loss in value resulted from handling the goods in a way that was not necessary to inspect their condition, characteristics, or functionality.
Exclusions and Early Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and whose production involves an individual selection or specification by the consumer, or goods that are clearly made to the consumer's personal specifications. This exception applies only if personalized or custom-made clothing is actually offered.
Model Withdrawal and Return Form
This form may be used for the statutory fourteen-day right of withdrawal and, where offered, for the voluntary 45-day money-back guarantee. For a statutory withdrawal, any clear statement by email is sufficient; use of the return portal is not required.

Please note: Returns should be registered in advance through our return portal or by email. After registration, you will receive the return instructions. Returns can only be made at your own expense.
Returns from Switzerland are currently not accepted under our voluntary return policy. Statutory rights regarding defective goods remain unaffected.
